Deliveries and returns
We dispatch our items using the Royal mail 1st class signed for service.
We can only deliver to the delivery address on the invoice so please ensure all addresses and details are correct.
You will be required to sign for parcels sent by us.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via the website and we will be happy to help.
If it is decided the outfit is to be returned, you must do so in its original condition, no stains, unworn and with all tags attached.
We allow returns up to 14 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the parcel, so we recommend using the royal mail signed for service as it provides a tracking number.

We also ship items internationally. Price is dependent on your country of residence. Prices will be calculated prior to checkout.
If you require Next day delivery, please contact us prior to ordering and we can arrange this for you. We can offer a Royal Mail guaranteed by 1pm the next day but extra charges will be added to your order.
(please note, we can only offer this service Monday to Friday due to post office opening times)
Any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday (excluding bank holidays)
We record all tracking numbers so this can be requested from us once dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days but please allow up to 5-10 days before contacting us about your order.
You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been dispatched.
If I place more than one order will they be delivered together?
If you make more than one order, we cannot guarantee your items will be delivered together. If you would like your order in the same parcel please order all your items in the same transaction.
Do I have to be in for my delivery?
If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, it may be left with a neighbour or taken to your local post office for collection at a later date. This will be specified on the delivery note receipt delivered to the address.
Can I change my delivery address?
It is possible to have a different delivery address to your billing address however we are not able to change the delivery address once the order has been processed.
